Project Overview
Built directly into the cliffs above Okanagan Lake, this five-level custom home was designed to balance dramatic architecture with warm, relaxed lakefront living.
From exposed rock faces integrated into the interior to antiqued fir post-and-beam construction, every detail was designed to create the feeling of a private Mediterranean retreat rooted in the natural landscape.
The home features geothermal heating and cooling, expansive outdoor living spaces, and multiple access points to the private beach below — including a custom walkway built into the cliff face and a private elevator connecting the home to the waterfront.
